	Steve Kurcan Certified Business Coach Previous Vice President of Development for Grady Pridgen, Inc., St. Petersburg, oversaw government entitlements and approvals, conceptual planning and site due diligence. Previous Vice President of Asset Management for Bankers Financial Corporation, St. Petersburg, responsible for the development of multi-family and assisted living communities as well as developing two new businesses. Served as Director of Development and Property Management for the City of St. Petersburg for eight years, responsible for downtown redevelopment and real estate activities. Holds a B.A. and an M.P.A. from the University of Toledo. Serves on the Board of the Florida Gulf coast chapter of the United States Green building Council as the Membership Chairman, and is also on the Board of Bay Area Commuter Services.
