If you purchase something from our website or shopping cart, we will gather and store your personal information on our dedicated server with redundant back up and under lock and key with layered passwords. We will provide you with the WSI privacy policy at your request. We do not share your private information with anyone other than those involved in processing your credit card purchase.

Return Policy
BusinessRICH 2-Day Workshop: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. We require a 14-day advanced notice to reschedule the BusinessRICH date. Without 14 days notice, a $500 transfer fee will apply.
Coaching services, books, tapes & DVD and other Brad Sugar products are considered a final sale. A one year coaching contract is signed and fees are billed in advance in either monthly or quarterly increments.
Credit Card Acceptance
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Our policy is to record the 3 digit code on the back of your card, expiration date, and best phone number to reach you. We also ask for a signature on file. If you are using a corporate card, we require advance notice.
Delivery of Products
The website products are shipped directly from our office by mail, ground or Fedex at the request of our customers. We expect to process and ship the products within 10 business days to 2 weeks or shipping is free. We collect and charge state sales tax where applicable by law on products and services. Any delay in shipping and delivery will be communicated to the customer by phone or email.
